You will lead a 20+ solid team, train staff, and ensure Best Experience for customers while maintaining lowest price commitments.You will liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, while managing weekend rosters and opening/closing duties.
A strong focus on safety, KPI management and customer service is essential.
