We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major transformation program delivering solutions across PEGA, Spatial/GIS platforms, integrations and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document requirements across PEGA, Spatial/GIS, integration and cloud environments.
Facilitate workshops and produce process models using BPMN, UML and Visio.
Analyse and improve business processes, workflows and data management practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers to ensure successful delivery.




Define integration requirements, data flows and system interfaces.
Support solution design, testing, validation and implementation activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, user stories and technical artefacts.
Essential Experience
Solid experience working on PEGA implementations, upgrades or workflow automation projects.
Experience with Spatial/GIS platforms and spatial data-driven solutions.
Strong process modelling skills using BPMN, UML or Visio.
Experience with SQL, data mapping and data analysis.
Strong Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence.
