You will create tenders that articulate and sell Veolia's strong differentiators, that are fully embedded in the business' sale cycle and embody best practice at all stages.This role welcomes applicants based in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.Onboarding will occur in Brisbane over the course of one week.What's on offerFull-time, 15 month fixed-term opportunityHybrid role with flexible location, can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or MelbourneA fast-paced and challenging but rewarding strategic roleWork within a market-leading environmental services companyGlobally recognised organisation with great career growth optionsWhat you'll be responsible forDesign, innovative intuitive proposals that seamlessly blend technical and operational content in a compelling and engaging mannerIdentify, manage and collaboratively work with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the entire tender process, including win strategy refinement and proposal approvalStrategically write, proof and edit proposal documentation, to ensure a cohesive and concise submissionProactively support the sales lifecycle and sales team through the creation of presentations, reports, newsletters and auditsManage the end-to-end tender process, including oversight of all proposal correspondence, and coordination during and after submissionCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Commercial,



Legal and operational teams throughout the tender processEnsure the tender library and tender pipeline is updated and maintainedWhat you'll need to be successful3+ years' experience working in a bid/ proposal and/or strategic sales functionTertiary qualifications are desirable but not essentialProven experience in the preparation, coordination and writing of large-scale client-centric proposals and other complex documentsDemonstrated track record in relationship-building with an ability to network with diverse stakeholder groups across all senioritiesHigh level of professional writing, editing and proofing skills with strong attention to detailAbility to effectively manage multiple complex submissions and competing deadlinesWaste or environmental services experience is advantageous but not essentialShortlisted candidates will be required to complete a two-hour written assessment as part of the selection processWhy Veolia?
