As a Project Engineer, you will be providing support to the Project and Contract Managers for coordinating the development and provision of deliverables for acquisition and recurring services projects.You will provide the interface between Engineering representatives of the customer and CAE's engineering teams and subcontractors.
This would include anything from planning, controlling and reporting on technical project activities and the status of deliverable artefacts.DescriptionOverall accountability for the design integrity of projectsEnsuring that engineering and QA process and policies are being adhered toProviding support to test and specialty engineeringOwn the responsibility of the customers level of technical confidence in the projectMinimum QualificationsStrong experience within the engineering space, ideally mixed with project managementHaving a background in simulation technologyProven ability to think critically and engage as well as influence stakeholdersCan come with a robust background in Software/Hardware engineeringAbility to work in our Brisbane Office, and travel to RAAF Base Amberley as required – role operates as a Hybrid role (3 days in office/site and 2 days of flexibility)Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!
