This could be your move.We're recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for a fast growing Australian SaaS technology business based near Chatswood.This is a genuinely hands on, executional digital role.
You'll be inside the platforms, building campaigns, analysing performance, testing audiences, improving landing pages, working with CRM data and figuring out how to turn more digital activity into customers.The one non-negotiableYou must come from a digital or performance marketing agency background.
You might currently be a Senior Performance Executive, Digital Performance Manager, Paid Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist who has spent the last few years managing multiple accounts and is ready to take everything you've learned agency side into one growing technology business.What you'll actually be doingBuild, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid digital channelsOwn day to day paid media execution, optimisation, testing and reportingAnalyse campaign performance and turn the data into practical actionsDevelop audiences, segmentation and remarketing strategiesWork on landing pages, conversion paths and CROTrack leads from campaign through to conversionHelp improve the connection between marketing and salesBuild and optimise email campaigns, nurture programs and automated customer journeysWork with CRM data to improve targeting,



personalisation and lifecycle marketingMaintain digital tracking, attribution and measurementBuild dashboards and reporting that people can actually useTest creative, channels, audiences, messaging and customer journeysIdentify opportunities to use automation and AI to make marketing smarter and more efficientYour MarTech toolkitYou don't need to have used every platform on the planet, but you should be comfortable working across a modern digital marketing stack.
Experience across areas such as: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Analytics, Dashboards, Attribution, Audience Segmentation, CRO.
Strong Salesforce and CRM experience would be a major advantage.Who we're looking forYou'll probably have around 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with a significant part of that gained inside a digital or performance agency.
