You will also analyse relevant datasets to identify insights and support informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will have experience building dashboards in PowerBI and in analysing quality, safety and experience data, as well as a demonstrated capability in analysing care quality data, providing ad hoc reports and communicating findings.Your main duties will include:Build dashboards to support care quality, safety and experiencePerform manual analyses where data is not available for reporting through dashboardsSupport Clinical Governance InitiativesCoach and support Clinical Governance team members in learning how to analyse data and build reportsEssentialAbout youRelevant Bachelor's degree in a technology or clinically-related field with demonstrated extensive experience in building dashboards and reports in PowerBI.Demonstrated experience in health or aged care.Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with others to effectively develop and deliver new data assets and effective data governance.Extensive understanding of clinical governance and management, including awareness of reporting, benchmarks and national standards.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.DesirableExperience as a clinician or care workerGeneral Knowledge of Health & Aged care applicationsExperience in cloud BI and warehousing, including Power BI in the cloudFor further information please contact Tamilmalar, Director Analytics Engineering on ***email_hidden***Why work for Calvary?
