Production Supervisor - Paper ManufacturingOpportunities for career growth and qualified developmentTake initiative and make your mark in this key influential roleMake a difference with sustainability at the forefrontThe Production Supervisor will be involved in and responsible for sections of the daily operations of the paper mill process, ensuring that production targets are met while meeting and exceeding the high standards of quality and safety.
You will have a strong background in paper manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the paper manufacturing process including the fundamentals of paper quality management.What you'll do:Support shift teams across paper machine operations, driving safety, output and qualityStay close to the floor, supporting teams and solving problems in real timeCoordinate daily production activities to meet targets in a continuous process environmentSupport shutdowns, maintenance and reliability improvementsMonitor performance, identify issues early and drive corrective actionsBuild capability in your team through coaching and clear communicationWork cross-functionally to improve processes and deliver operational outcomesTake ownership of on-call responsibilities and respond to plant issuesWhat you will bring:Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background5–15 years' experience in paper manufacturingStrong understanding of paper machine operations and quality fundamentalsProven ability to lead teams in a shift-based, heavy industrial environmentHands-on experience with large rotating equipment and plant operationsExposure to shutdowns,
