With more than 36 years of experience as an ASX-listed business, we're well known for our fitout and refurbishment expertise, while building strong capability in facade remediation, design and construction, and recent build projects.You'll play a key role inAs a Site Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site activity and coordinate the people, programme, quality and safety outcomes that keep the project moving.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager, clients and subcontractors to deliver a well-managed project from mobilisation through to handover.Key responsibilities:Lead all on-site activities in line with our safety, quality and delivery systemsEstablish and maintain a safe site environment, including inductions, inspections and risk controlsCoordinate subcontractors, site meetings, programmes, deliveries and daily site activityReview specifications and drawings to support accurate, buildable deliveryMaintain clear project records and update progress through our project delivery systemManage quality, defects and close-out activities to support a successful handoverWhat you'll bring:You are an experienced Site Manager who takes pride in running an organised, safe and high-performing site.
You bring a practical understanding of commercial fitout delivery,
