You will be responsible for P6 programme management on large-scale, new build data centre projects from 1st principles to project close-out.
You will focus on analysis, programming, resourcing, costing and reviews for projects.

Creative, cutting-edge thinkers with strong learning mindsets make up our existing team – and we set out to bring aboard the same.You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.What you'll do:Produce and maintain quality, resource loaded construction programmes using MS Project and Primavera P6Progress reporting against programmes, including performance and productivityCoordinate day-to-day planning activities alongside the project team and clientMilestone projections, delay, and critical / float path analysisManagement of programme revision and updates as requiredOversee as built recordsChange / delay managementReview technical drawings and documentationAssist with costing, forecasting,
and financial management for projectsPerform project planning reviews and health checksProvide insights from quantitative analyticsPreempt issues on projects and collaborating with operations to prevent or mitigateLead by example with best practice approach to planning and controlsWhat you'll bring:A passion for the Construction industry and Project ControlsTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience5 to 10+ years construction programming experience in a similar planning/scheduling focused roleTrack record on a broad range of large commercial construction projects, including mechanical and electrical services and ideally across data centresStrong working knowledge of construction and planning concepts, principles, techniques, and relevant processesWell versed with Earned Value Management and resource planningAdept in developing schedule risk report by using Mont Carlo TechniqueProficiency with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, related software, and systemsProficiency with PRISM and Power BI advantageousExcellent collaboration, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, interpersonal, communication and task management skillsWe are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.Agile, fast-tracked career development pathwaysIndustry-specific, leading training and developmentFlexible working arrangement options and hoursPaid Parental Leave, financial and practical supportExpanding selection health/wellbeing initiativesAnd there is so much more for us to discuss with you!
