You will join a supportive and high-performing Allied Health leadership team, where you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic team, drive best-practice care, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day.Reporting to the General Manager Allied Health Residential Services, you will oversee the delivery of Physiotherapy services across our multi-site organisation and provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team comprising Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants and an Exercise Scientist.Specifically, your remit will include the following key performance areas:Clinical excellenceOperational managementWorkforce capability and skilled standardsLeadership and innovationClinical governance and safetyTo be successful in this role you will have vast experience in the following areas:Management and leadership capabilitiesSupervision and mentoringStrategic Planning and project implementationCompliance,
