We seek a Leading Hand to run our night shift civil crew, report to the Night Supervisor, and lead a small team on site each night in drainage, excavation, pavements and concrete.You will keep the crew secure, on schedule, and working to a high standard, with responsibilities spanning task allocation, quality checks, and progress reporting to the Night Supervisor.
