We are looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Administration Assistant
to join our growing team in our large, modern office located on
Via Roma, Isle of Capri
, overlooking the beautiful canal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and being an significant part of a high-performing sales team.
THE ROLE
You'll be working closely with our sales team and management, helping keep the sales process running smoothly from initial enquiry through to settlement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating client information in our CRM
Supporting the sales team with administration and follow-ups
Familiar with ChatGPT and Claude AI Systems
Coordinating appointments and sales meetings
Following up contracts, paperwork and outstanding information
Communicating with clients, sales consultants, finance teams and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate client records
Assisting with settlement and post-sale administration
Preparing documents and sales paperwork
Helping keep the sales calendar and appointments organised
General office and sales administration
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
Bubbly, friendly and confident

Excellent on the phone and comfortable speaking with clients
A strong communicator
Reliable and punctual
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
Familiar with ChatGPT and Claude AI Systems
A positive team player who enjoys being around a high-energy sales team
Experienced in sales administration, property, real estate, finance or a similar environment
Previous sales administration or property experience is highly regarded.
