As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Stock Management & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.This is more than just a job.
It's an opportunity to become an important part of a growing business, develop specialist skills across stock management, nursery operations and logistics, and build a rewarding long-term career in horticulture.About the RoleWorking closely with our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our nursery stock is accurately managed, customer orders are prepared to a high standard, and the day-to-day movement of plants and products runs smoothly.This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.
You'll work both independently and as part of a team, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility as you grow with the business.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating nursery stock and inventoryMonitoring stock levels, organisation and presentationPicking, preparing and packing customer ordersCoordinating stock movements throughout the nurseryDeliveriesPlant care, potting and general nursery dutiesMaintaining a clean, organised and safe working environmentSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy wholesale nurseryWorking collaboratively with the wider team to ensure customer orders are accurate,
timely and presented to a high standardAbout YouWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being active and is excited by the chance to learn and grow.You'll ideally bring:A genuine passion for plants, horticulture and the nursery industryStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailA reliable, positive and can-do attitudeThe ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe confidence to work independently and take initiativeA willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibilityThe ability to work comfortably in a physical, hands-on outdoor environmentPrevious nursery, horticultural, warehouse, stock management or logistics experience highly regardedA current driver's licenceMost importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and genuinely interested in building a career with us.Why Join Middlemist Nurseries?
