particularly in the areas of physical activity, strength and balance, and healthy eating.Solid skills in stakeholder engagementExperience of working with priority populations and applying health promotion principles to address health inequities.For more information please contact Kitty Kaur, Healthy Ageing Coordinator at ****** Criteria:Relevant tertiary qualifications at graduate level or above in: population health, health promotion, public health, or other relevant areas.Demonstrated skills and experience in planning, implementing, evaluating, and disseminating population health initiatives aligned with health promotion principlesProven ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships across sectors, including community organisations, health services, government and other agencies, and with community, to facilitate collaborative health promotion action.High-level written and verbal communication and computer skills including the ability to prepare reports, engage stakeholders and contribute to advocacy and knowledge dissemination.Demonstrated ability to analyse and work within complex systems, settings and policy environments to influence and implement population-level changeDemonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse communities, particularly Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples and culturally and linguistically diverse populations, using culturally safe and equity-focused approachesDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing competing priorities and contributing positively to team cultureCurrent NSW Class C Drivers Licence valid within Australia.Requisition ID: REQ******Applications Close: 26th August ****
