Delivering fresh poultry to local retailers and value-adding products to Quick Service Restaurants and food service customers, Baiada are leading the way in the industry through innovation and setting high standards around process and efficiency, which ensures they deliver millions of high-quality products every year.About the Role:Operating the weighbridge system and accurately recording incoming and outgoing vehicle weightsIssuing weighbridge dockets and maintaining accurate records and documentationManaging weighbridge administration, including data entry, filing, and document controlAssisting with production and logistics administration, including inventory and stock movement recordsCoordinating vehicle movements, deliveries, and collections to support efficient site operationsPreparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentationCommunicating effectively with drivers, site supervisors, logistics teams, contractors, and internal stakeholdersSupporting contractor sign-ins and the coordination of site visitorsMaintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the weighbridge officeReporting discrepancies, stock variances, and weighbridge equipment issues to the supervisor in a timely mannerEnsuring compliance with site procedures,



workplace health and safety requirements, and biosecurity protocolsProviding general administrative and operational support to the Feed Mill team as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in a weighbridge, logistics, transport, administration, or similar operational role (highly regarded)Sound computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and data entry systemsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentationEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with drivers, contractors, and team membersThe ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressureA robust focus on customer service and providing timely support to operational teamsA good understanding of workplace health, safety, and biosecurity requirementsExcellent organisational and time management skillsA reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to workA willingness to contribute to a positive team culture and support the broader Feed Mill operation where requiredPlease note: Due to strict biosecurity requirements, you must not keep any birds, pigs, or poultry at your residence.
