We work closely, move quickly, and keep things simple -valuable food, good wine, good people.The role/you:In charge of day to day service of the bar.Make beverages in a dispense bar setting with speed and efficiency.Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and organisation.Must have 2+ years in bartending, with strong classic cocktail and spirit knowledge.Potential to be involved in menu curation if interested.*****hrs per week with more hours going into summer.RSA and full working rights in Australia.
