We partner with premium Australian and international brands to manufacture high-quality capsules, tablets, powders, liquids and probiotic products at scale.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our expanding production team at our Yatala manufacturing sites.
We are currently seeking experienced operators for our morning and afternoon shift across a range of manufacturing equipment, including:

About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will play an important role in the day-to-day manufacture of high-quality complementary medicines.
You will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production equipment while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, accurately and in accordance with cGMP requirements.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Set up,



operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting where required
Complete routine in-process quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
Accurately follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs and work instructions
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time
Participate in equipment changeovers, cleaning and line clearance
Identify and report equipment or production issues promptly
Work closely with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime
Maintain a clean, organised and GMP-compliant production environment
Follow all cGMP, hygiene, quality and workplace health & safety requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and improved production efficiency
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are experienced, reliable and passionate about manufacturing.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience operating production machinery
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food or similar manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery
The ability to identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Good understanding of GMP, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Ability to accurately follow procedures and complete documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
The ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace
Experienced operators with strong mechanical skills are highly encouraged to apply.
