At dnata Melbourne, we are committed to supporting our people through genuine development opportunities and a collaborative team setting.We are seeking a Port Based Administrator to join our existing administration team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting Passenger and Ramp operations with a broad range of administration duties.This is an excellent opportunity to build cross-functional experience in finance, human resources and operational support processes while working closely with leaders across the port.What you will be doing:Processing personal expense claims for staff reimbursementRaising stock orders and maintaining stock levelsSupporting human resources documentation, including permits,



with strict confidentialityProcessing and managing Aviation Security Identification Card applicationsProviding workforce management system support to Service Delivery Managers, including back-up coverageGeneral filing and scanningWhat we are looking for:Demonstrated experience in office or general administrationStrong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilitySound organiser skills, with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently and meet deadlinesStrong computer skills, including sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteSound interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive informationHigh customer service standards reflected in all interactions with our external customersPrevious invoicing or invoice processing experience (desirable)The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
