DS Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Coordinator to join our team.We are looking for a passionate and committed individual who has previous experience in OSHC and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, MTOP and child-safe standards.As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring children are provided with a safe, engaging and inclusive workplace.You will work closely with educators, families, schools and the DS Sports Leadership Team to ensure the service operates to a high standard.We also have positions available for part time and casual work at various venues across the South East Suburbs.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operation of the OSHC programDevelop and implement engaging programs based on children's interestsBuild positive relationships with children, families and the school communityEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and Child Safe StandardsSupport behaviour guidance and positive relationshipsMaintain appropriate records, documentation and compliance requirementsAssist with staff supervision,
