delivering food and drinks to the tableDemonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitalityMaintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all timesProactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew LeadersExperience, Skills & Attributes:Experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume, premium restaurant is advantageousDemonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-task effectivelyStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeOutgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operationsAble and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas Collective:At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
