We are committed to delivering excellent customer service, fresh products and an outstanding shopping experience for our diverse local community.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bakery Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy retail bakery.This is a full-time permanent position for a hands‐on leader who enjoys working in a quick‐paced food retail environment while leading and developing a successful team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of the bakery storeLeading, supervising, training and developing team membersPreparing staff rosters and managing labour costsMonitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targetsEnsuring exceptional customer service at all timesManaging inventory, stock ordering and stock control while minimising wastageMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety complianceEnsuring attractive product presentation and merchandisingManaging cash handling, POS operations and daily reconciliationHandling customer enquiries and resolving customer concerns professionallyWorking closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency and business performanceApplicants should demonstratePrevious management experience within a bakery, café,
