We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Shift Supervisor to join the team at Balldale Hotel in Corowa, NSW.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing the prospect to lead and manage our bar operations during your shifts.
As Bar Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer care, and supervising bar staff to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and reputation of our bar service.Key responsibilitiesManage cash handling, till operations, and reconciliation at the end of each shiftMonitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory of beverages and bar suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and work surfacesProvide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionallyManage the bar during peak trading periods, prioritising efficiency without compromising qualityWhat we're looking forStrong knowledge of beverage service, mixology, and bar operationsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationProficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS)
