needs or circumstancesComplete accurate service records and follow care plans, policies and secure work practicesWhat you will bringCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or a relevant qualification, or currently working towards oneA current National Police Check and any other screening required for the roleA current driver licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicleA current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain these paid for by the organizationStrong communication skills, empathy, reliability and respect for participant choice, privacy and dignityConfidence working independently in participants' homes and using mobile systems for documentationWhat we offerExcellent pay, kilometre reimbursement and travel allowancesSupportive local coordination and meaningful work in your communityTraining and opportunities to build relevant skills and qualifications
