documentation and critical reflectionContributing to the centre's QIP and continuous improvementLeading by example and maintaining high standards of practice and child safetyAbout YouWe are looking for a Diploma qualified educator who is:Experienced (2years+) and confident leading a roomProactive, organised and able to take initiativeHas gone through Assessment and RatingPassionate about children's learning and developmentConfident with the EYLF, NQS and NQFExperienced in mentoring educators and traineesComfortable taking responsibility and working independentlyA positive team player who values a supportive workplaceAble to develop strong, meaningful indoor and outdoor programsQualifications & ComplianceACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualificationMust meet the requirements to be appointed as a Responsible Person/person in day-to-day chargeCurrent Working With Children Check and required child protection/safety trainingGraduate Diploma-only applicants will not be consideredWhy Join Happy Explorers?
