The RoleAs the Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will be the face of the corporate office and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-toâday operation of our workplace.
You will deliver exceptional frontâofâhouse service while supporting a broad range of office administration, facilities, onboarding and firstâline IT coordination activities.This is a varied and fastâpaced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
You will work closely with teams across the business, helping create a skilled, welcoming and wellâorganised office environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, FrontâofâHouse or similar administrative role within a fastâpaced environment.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures.A proactive, reliable and solutionsâfocused mindset.Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination,
