following up outstanding accounts,identify, resolve discrepancies with financialservicesandmaintainaccuratedata processing to support reconciliation processesAudit KPI and data entry to ensure integrity of data submitted to Department of HealthAbout UsTheCART Intensive Support Team – Post Acute Care (PAC)provides short-term support to people recovering after a hospital or Emergency Department visit.
