We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, methodical and detail-oriented to join our operations team.
This role isn't about being the most technical person in the room.
It's about being the person who notices the small things, keeps accurate records, creates efficient processes and takes pride in maintaining a well-run operation.Key responsibilitiesTesting and assessing used IT equipmentAccurately recording cosmetic condition and functionalityCreating and maintaining product listingsProcessing online ordersPacking and dispatching orders efficiently and accuratelyResponding to customer enquiries and warranty requestsMaintaining inventory records and sales logsKeeping the warehouse and workspaces organised and presentableIdentifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiencyAbout youHighly organisedExcellent customer service skills - client facing,
