In this role, you will provide compassionate and personalised support to our elderly and NDIS clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparationProviding companionship and engaging clients to promote their wellbeingMonitoring client's physical and emotional health, and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnelDocumenting client progress and maintaining detailed recordsAdhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocolsWhat we're looking forExperienced Enrolled NurseExperience providing personal care and support services to elderly or disabled clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsPatience,
