Atlas is seeking trade-qualified Chefs (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Solo Chef) for 4–8 week contracts across resorts, hotels and pubs.
You'll work in fine-dining and a la carte settings, with split shifts and year-round opportunities for ongoing roles after the initial assignment.In return you'll receive transport to and from the venue, suitable single accommodation, meals on shift, and payment for every hour worked.
