This role is available for an immediate start and offers consistent day shifts, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm, with no evening shifts (unless required otherwise).
The Ideal Candidate Must HaveProven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurantExpertise in coffee preparation and latte artStrong knowledge of coffee beans, blends,



and brewing techniquesWaitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurantDemonstrated ability to exceed guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPassion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer serviceOutstanding time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and consistencyStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeProfessional presentation and strong communication skillsAble and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas CollectiveAt Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
