Northside Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team and be an important part of the patient experience.This is a 4-day-per-week role, Monday to Friday, with a weekly rostered day off that may vary.
You will need to be available for one late night each week, either Tuesday or Friday until 8pm, with a 10am start on that day.As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help make every visit feel friendly, organised and stress-free.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities would include:Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional mannerManaging appointments and maintaining an accurate appointment bookResponding to patient enquiries in person, over the phone and via other communication channelsMaintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentialityWorking closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothlySupporting the wider practice with general reception and administrative tasksQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patientsOrganised and able to manage competing prioritiesComfortable using computer systems and learning new softwareProfessional,
reliable and attentive to detailConfident working in a busy environmentGenuinely interested in providing great patient carePrevious dental or medical reception experience is preferred, but not essential.
