Reporting directly to the Manager Administration & Secretariat Governance, the role supports committees by preparing agendas, taking minutes, liaising with Committee Members, and providing meeting logistical support.
The role maintains filing systems, undertakes diary management, updates office rosters, coordinates a range of hospitality tasks and provides reception duties as a part of a rotating reception roster.
Additionally, the Administration Officer assists with team projects and workplans including supporting the bi-annual Synod meeting, and other activities and events.This is a part-time (0.8) ongoing role, based in the Melbourne CBD.
This position requires onsite work of 30 hours per week.
The hours may be spread across 4 or 5 days of the week and must include a Monday or a Friday.
