About YouStrong administrative and organisational skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience with rostering or workforce coordination (disability sector experience desirable)Confidence working with business systems and payroll dataAbility to manage competing priorities in a structured and professional mannerKnowledge of NDIS requirements and the SCHADS Award is highly regardedBased on the Sunshine CoastKey ResponsibilitiesMatch DSWs to participants based on skills, availability and Employment AgreementsAdjust rosters in response to absences,



cancellations and NDIA plan changesSupport accurate preparation and verification of rostered and worked hours for payroll and invoicingAssist with onboarding new DSWs, including system setup and compliance monitoringMonitor mandatory training and certifications and escalation non‐complianceProactively raise operational issues with the Roster Coordinator or YBLIL ManagerWhy Join Us?
