The role requires excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of the NDIS environment, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Experience in personal care and supporting individuals with diverse needs is highly regarded.Key responsibilitiesProviding individualized care and support to clients with mental health disabilitiesAssisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksAccompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community engagementDeveloping and implementing personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and their familiesMonitoring clients' progress and providing regular feedback to the clinical teamAdvocating for clients' rights and ensuring their needs are metMaintaining accurate client records and adhering to all relevant policies and proceduresAbout youDisability support worker with excellent English speaking abilityRelevant qualifications in disability support, mental health,
