Karben Industries is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Wyong facility.
This is a full-time position based in Wyong, NSW ****.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre.
Your contributions will directly support our ability to store, manage, and distribute products to our customers on time and in perfect condition.
This hands‐on position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in warehouse operations and logistics whilst working as part of a collaborative team.What you'll be doingReceiving, unloading, and verifying incoming goods and materialsOrganising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methodsPicking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to customersOperating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks etc.Sheet metal machinery operationMaintaining accurate inventory records and updating warehouse management systemsConducting regular stock checks and identifying discrepanciesLabelling and organising items according to warehouse procedures and safety standardsEnsuring the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and organised at all timesFollowing health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards or incidentsSupporting the warehouse team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targetsWhat we're looking forPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying,
