DEXA & CT
Greet patients and manage appointments, registrations, and general enquiriesCommunicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via emailWork closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operationsAssist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approachExcellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingCustomer service experience – prior medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential
