This is a rotating roster position which involves working every other Saturday.Start date is Monday 7th September.Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Care Representative, you will:Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or new customersAssist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details,



and general questionsProvide exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and standardsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policiesWork collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIsQualifications:Previous call centre experience is preferredExposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working environmentStrong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanourA passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adaptWhy work here?
