Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.We are currently looking to fill 2 permanent part time positions.




You must be available for all shifts:Line 1Week 1:Monday 2:30pm to 4:30pmSaturday 4:30pm to 9:30am (sleepover)Week 2:Monday 11:30pm to 9:15am (active)Tuesday 11:30pm to 9:15am (active)Line 2Week 1:Wednesday 9am to 2pmSaturday 4:30pm to 11:30pmWeek 2:Monday 2:30pm to 4:30pmWednesday 7am to 4:30pmSaturday 4:30pm to 9:30am (sleepover)*Please Note: It is important to understand that our clients' needs, and their support plans can change which also means that our roster lines may change and will be confirmed at the time of offer.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients with daily living tasksRemain adaptable and respond calmly to changing situationsFollow and adapt to behaviour support plansMaintain a positive attitude and a good sense of humour to build genuine rapportAssist with daily routines including domestic assistance and personal carePromote client choice and independence in all interactionsSkills & ExperienceExperience with complex behaviour support requiredAn unrestricted New South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleDemonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktopA current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Pay rates starting from $***** (part time) as per the SCHADS AwardAccess to our employee assistance program and Fitness Passport for personal wellbeingAdvertised: 06 Aug **** AUS Eastern Standard TimeApplications close: 20 Aug *******:55 AUS Eastern Standard Time
