We are seeking a talented Pastry Cook to join our baking team in Dubbo, NSW.
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic bakery environment where creativity and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.Creating and preparing a variety of pastries - you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts and baked goods to the highest standard, contributing to the reputation and success of our bakery.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, bringing your skills and passion for pastry making to deliver exceptional products to our valued customers.What you'll be doingPreparing and baking a diverse range of pastries, including croissants, Danish pastries, tarts and seasonal specialitiesFollowing established recipes and techniques whilst maintaining consistency in quality, flavour and presentationPreparing fillings, creams, glazes and other components required for pastry productionCreating and baking a wide selection of cakes, patisseries and sweet treats from scratch and to the specifications of our clients' ordersMust have optimal piping skills to a commercial bakery standard.Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team, while consistently adhering to leadership directives.
