Lifestyle Solutions in NSW is seeking a committed Disability Support Worker to help clients build independence at home and in the community.
You will provide daily living assistance, personal care, and escorts to activities, while documenting progress clearly and promptly.You must have a NSW Driver's Licence, comprehensive insurance, and First Aid.
Experience with high-intensity behaviours is preferred, and NDIS Worker Screening clearance is required or willing to obtain it.
