From our Underwood base, our field team services customers across Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Northern Gold Coast.As we continue growing, we're expanding our operations team and looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to help coordinate scheduling and daily field operations for our technician team.This is a quick‐paced operations role focused on dispatch, scheduling, customer communication, and keeping the day running efficiently when priorities change.You'll work alongside an established support team including schedulers, quoting support, spare parts coordination, and management support — with structured systems and processes already in place.We're looking for someone who enjoys organised, high-volume work, communicates confidently, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingTake inbound customer calls and accurately book appliance repair jobsSchedule and coordinate technician runs across Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Northern Gold CoastRe‐prioritise schedules throughout the day as urgent jobs and changes ariseCoordinate warranty and urgent service work alongside planned bookingsKeep customers informed when schedules or arrival times changeCreate quotes and send booking confirmationsMaintain accurate job notes, customer records,
