Produce buffet offerings for hotel guestsEarly mornings up to 4 mornings plus some weekend workBulk cooking for up to 500 guestsCleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording

Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when requiredBreakfast, catering or buffet experienceTalent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlinesExcellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operationsPassion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulationsAdministration skills for ordering, food safety, stock management
