This part-time role will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.What you'll be doingPerforming reception duties, data entry, filing and records management, phone handling, resident liaison, and accounts processingPreparing correspondence, reports and other documents as requiredOrdering and maintaining office supplies and equipmentProviding general administrative support to the team as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the aged care or retirement living industryMinimum 1-2 years of office administration experience requiredStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word,
