and stakeholders across a variety of major events and venues.You will be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer serviceManaging crowd control and patron interactionsMonitoring and responding to incidentsMaintaining clear and professional radio communicationDe-escalating situations calmly and confidently in high-pressure environmentsTo be successful in this role, you must have:A valid Security Licence with Crowd ControlCertificate II in Security Operations or higherCurrent First Aid & CPRFull Australian working rightsExcellent verbal communication skillsA confident, professional, and calm approach under pressureStrong customer service experienceMust be willing to travel across Melbourne event locationsFlexibility is critical in Major Events.
