We are investing heavily in our people, systems and facilities - and we want team members who take pride in doing the job properly.About the RoleAs a Warehouse Pick Packer (Ambient, Chiller or Freezer), you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.
You'll be working with modern systems and equipment across our ambient, chilled and frozen zones in a clean, well-organised facility.Your responsibilities will include:Pick Packer:Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatchPicking and packing in chiller and freezer environments in line with cold chain and food safety standardsWorking closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targetsMaintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times,
including in cold storage areasPrevious experience operating a tugger or working as a fast picker in a warehouse environmentThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targetsWhat We're Looking ForA strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendanceAbility to meet KPIs and work in a fast paced environemntPhysically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg where requiredWillingness and ability to work in chiller and freezer environmentsA positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety and correct manual handling practicesComfortable working with warehouse systems and RF scannersRequirementMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testMust be able to work both Friday & Saturday and some days during the weekMust be comfortable working in cold storage environments for extended periods (for chiller/freezer roles)What We OfferOngoing, stable work with growing volumes across ambient, chilled and frozen operationsSupportive leadership teamClear growth pathways and opportunitiesInvestment in training and developmentWe're building something significant here.
