You will support clients, families and carers with assessment, counselling, advocacy and care planning in a multidisciplinary team.The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification, AASW eligibility, and current checks.
Part time ongoing 48 hours per fortnight with salary packaging options and a supportive rural community setting near Bendigo.
