Some of the responsibilities of the role include:Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue standard employee correspondenceSupporting our project and office teams with a range of HR activities that fall within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, investigation and disciplinary processes, talent & succession processes,maintainingHR records and databases and setting up andmaintainingreporting dashboards for our leadersWorking closely with the Senior HR Advisor on culture initiatives for our projectsProvidingaccurateand pragmaticHR advice across employee relations,



workforce planning,cultureandcomplianceExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast pacedenvironmentStrong critical thinking and problem solvingskillsPlease note: this role will require regular site travel.About You:Relevant tertiary qualifications(desirable)3 years' experience in a HR Advisor roleExperience using HR systems such as SAPComputer literacy is essential, including the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Effective problem-solvingskills and the ability to plan, organise and resource effectivelyHigh levelof initiative and the ability to influence outcomes through othersWorking at BUMA:BUMA's people are the key to our success.
