We are seeking an experienced Drafter / Estimator / Project Coordinator to support our growing project pipeline.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Produce project estimates, take-offs, scopes of work and cost breakdowns.
Coordinate consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and building surveyors.Assist with planning approvals, building permits and project documentation.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations and project records.
Review drawings, specifications and consultant documents for accuracy.Support project handover from pre-construction to the site team.
Monitor project timelines and communicate progress with clients and the construction team.




Maintain organised project files and records in the company's management systems.Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in architectural drafting, building design, construction management or a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience in residential drafting, estimating or project coordination.Experience preparing residential construction drawings and documentation.
Good understanding of Australian residential construction methods, the NCC and Victorian building requirements.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or similar drafting software.Ability to read architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
Strong estimating, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple residential projects and meet deadlines.Buildxact, Xero and Google Workspace experience will be an advantage.
Current Australian driver licence preferred.
