As Waiting Staff, you'll be the face of our catering operation, ensuring every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable for our customers.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrivalTaking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teamsServing food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring orders are delivered to the correct guestsChecking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsClearing tables efficiently and maintaining a clean, tidy dining areaProcessing payments and handling cash or card transactions accuratelyMaintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and recommendations to assist guests with their choicesSetting tables according to company standards before service beginsSupporting other team members and contributing to a positive working environmentFollowing food safety and hygiene protocols at all timesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in waiting or customer service roles,
