KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure high standards of customer service in the management of residential & Council requests ensuring they are dealt with in an effective manner.Monitor workflow through internal monitoring systems.Manage escalations and ensure the teams KPI's are exceeded.Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity within your team.Develop & execute individual training & development plans with your teams.Ensure daily timelines are met with the high levels of data entry accuracy.Lead the induction and training of your teams to a high standard, ensuring success.Other duties as required.ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate to join the JJ's Waste team will require the following skills:Well-developed leadership skills with excellent time management.Ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines.Highly developed administrative skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Able to learn new skills quickly and effectively.Work proactively with other department stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, increased efficiency,
